  • How Your Data is Collected

    We use different methods to collect data from and about you:

Depending on the jurisdiction in which you live, there may be other applicable lawful bases for 处理 your “个人资料” that are not listed here.

    • We normally collect or use “个人资料” from you or others where the 处理 is necessary because of our contractual obligations with you or is in our legitimate interests and not overridden by your data protection interests or fundamental rights and freedoms (e.g., to communicate with you, to evaluate you or your company’s 就业 or 工作经历, to manage our business relationship with you and manage our processes efficiently and fairly), 或者在适用的地方, where we have obtained your consent to process for a specific purpose.       • A description of what right you want to exercise and the information to which your request relates.

    • Any “个人资料” we collect from you to verify your identity in connection with your request will be used solely for the purposes of verification. You may authorize an agent to make a request to us on your behalf and we will verify the identity of your agent or authorized legal representative by either seeking confirmation from you or documents that establish the agent’s authorization to act on your behalf.

      • The right to request access. You have the right to request AECOM for copies of your 个人资料.
