酒店萨尔曼 (previously known as Al Madina Al Shamaliya), is a group of 10 reclaimed islands situated on the northern coastline of the Kingdom of 巴林. The islands are located within a twenty-minute drive of Manama city and a ten-minute drive from the Seef District.
lovesport爱博体育 was appointed by the developer RAKAA Properties in September 2011, as the masterplanner and main infrastructure design consultant undertaking the master plan validation and improvement as well as the detailed infrastructure design.
设计ed primarily as a residential development, it will also boast a mix of lifestyle, commercial and retail outlets to support the community. The overall site covers approximately 750 hectares. Al Madina Al Shamaliya will provide a total of 15,519 dwelling units with the capacity to support a total residential population of 98,935人.
The scope of work includes the validation and detailing of the masterplan, 道路设计, traffic impact study along with full utility designs for storm water, 饮用水, 污水下水道, 和灌溉.
